Fighting for our Seniors

Our seniors have built the communities that we live in today. They deserve to receive their Social Security and Medicare benefits in full without fear or concern that their politicians will renege on their promises to them. We must:

• Protect Medicare from efforts to cut or privatize this essential service.

• Reduce prescription cost by allowing Medicare to directly negotiate prices and by increasing competition with generic alternatives.

• Protect Social Security and oppose all efforts for privatization of retirement plans and pensions.

• Enhance and strengthen consumer protections to protect seniors against scammers and criminals who try to take advantage of them.
